I'm stuck on making 3 SIMS SPECULATE

It's weird that I just follow all the instruction from internet. The 3 SIMs are in the same room and sitting in three same armchairs, and select "speculate (8min)" at the same time. But there is no information when they finish "speculating". Is it the time of American of " between 9am to 12pm"? Because I'm in Finland.

    sometimes works to have 4 sims speculate instead of 3

    That happened to me just skip goal.
