Incest actions bug report

I was in a house with a wife, a husband, and the husband's sister when i decided to make the couple have a romantic interaction in one of those special beds that allows you to do so. As i pressed the "wait for sim", the husband sister came instead of his wife and I didn't noticed it so i just skipped their interaction to end. As i saw it was his sister in his wife's place i was like "what?!!" And as i clicked to change the sim, the green bar was turning purple. It made me curious so i created two sims to test it out and i learned that, from the moment you grow a friendship relationship with any sim from your family, you are allowed to grow a romance with them through these furniture that allows romantic actions. I made two sibilings become partners and as they went to live together, they could even have a baby!

And the worst

The baby recognized them as mother/father

AND EVEN WORSE 

once the baby grew, it was allowed to have romantic interactions with their parents too.
