I'm supposed to check in with Kam Ham to win the daily challenge against another sim but he's stuck in a corner and faces the wall so my Sims can't go through to him. He won't move and I can't make him move, what do I do ???
(I've already sent back all of my Sims home but it didn't change anything)
I’m on my last episode before checking in with Kam and my sims are stuck on O% they been like this for about an hour !!! The weird part is my other sims are still able to do other things NO PROBLEM! It’s literally letting the other player win before I can even get a chance SABOTAGE AT ITS FINEST
Supposed to go to the nightclub and meet Kam Ham but he is not in an accessible place. I’ve deleted and reinstalled app. Online help is saying they don’t recognise my email when I try the online chat!!
Did you manage to resolve this issue. I am on iOS so cannot clear cache
Did you try to force close the game and clearing the cache? If this didn’t help, you may need help from Online Support.
