Kam Ham glitch

I'm supposed to check in with Kam Ham to win the daily challenge against another sim but he's stuck in a corner and faces the wall so my Sims can't go through to him. He won't move and I can't make him move, what do I do ??? 

(I've already sent back all of my Sims home but it didn't change anything)
