Is anyone having trouble with leveling their SIM to the next level of their profession? I have done everything and when it's time to help the important sims and I finish. I'm just given the token and the important sim is being not counted towards the goal, so I can finish building.

Yeah I thought that too when I first started playing this game (thinking the important sims were the ones with a time limit) but then I googled it and it said that the important sims are the ones with the pink question marks above their heads and it worked and I got my badge 🥳. Yeah keep me posted and let me know how u go with it all.

I don’t know if it’s by design but I have noticed that whatever the requirement that is needed to level up, the Sim will get a number of the required items but not all of them. When my Sim starts her profession the next day they have to start all over. They aren’t receiving credit for the ones they received the previous day. I’ve noticed it in the Movie career especially. Like I said I don’t know if it is by design but it is really frustrating. Most of my Sims have been at max career levels for a long time. I didn’t notice it happening when I leveled up Sims in the Spa Career. I just so happened to move a few Sims to new careers and the Movie Career is one that I accompany them for a work day. That’s why I noticed what was happening. For the other careers that we can’t go to work with them it isn’t as noticeable.
The important sims are the sims that have the pink question mark above their heads (nothing to do with the sim town market). I have attached a picture to show you what I mean. When you help the 2 sims with the pink question mark above their heads you will get your badge 😊
