Life Dreams and legacies

I'm in the life Dreams and legacies Wiest. I've got to the part where I'm supposed to open the age controller. Says there is a new pulsing button. . I cannot find it.. help please!!

    Tap on the button that shows all of the Sims you have in the town the button will be in there
