Life Orbs Didn’t Appear When Completing Life Dreams

Device: iPhone 16

Date/Time: 12/05/2024 9:26 EST

I have been having this problem for a few weeks now where if I have a senior sim complete all his life dreams, and I collect the orb, it does not show up in my inventory.  I thought the recent update may have resolved this issue, but unfortunately has not.  Is there any way this can be fixed?  Thank you!

    @680b27a05e0825e6 The orb will appear after your Sim has died. You can either have her busy until she reaches the end of her life span, or advance her age for free.

    Yes, I am aware of how to collect orbs as I have had no problems before.  However, the problem I am currently having is when I collect the orb after my Sim passes, it does not appear in my inventory like it is supposed to.
