Linking my EA account
Every time I try to link my EA account to the Sims Freeplay, it says my birthday is not matching. I had to reset my entire game to put in my correct birthday, and it still says it doesn't match. Can someone please help me?

Hello kndancer2003,
can you please check that your birthday is correct for your EA account? So not just the Sims Freeplay account - if you'd already checked that one, and you still get the message that it's not matching, then you might've entered your birthday incorrectly for your actual EA account.
