Live Event / Candle Station

Hello. I can’t take the Candle Station from my inventory for today’s Live Event quest. It looks like it’s already placed on one of my lots, but this is not true. How can I fix this issue?

I have the same problem. I also contacted technical support on day one but I don’t get a response.
