Loosing Sim packs

I recently added a few sim packs to my game to help my progress, it's taken my money but I don't have any of the packs which include, £14.99 simoleons/LP pack, a pool cleaner pack £1.99 And a art deco pack x2 £8.99 all removed from my account, not only that I've lost 2 buildings I was constructing and it's set me back 3 days on the arts and craft event and set my progress back in the mall and the campsite. I've spent hrs and money to just have it all taken away, I'm pissed to say the least because I've literally had no luck in getting any help or a refund. 

Please someone help me 🙏

    Some of the listed items are unlocks and should be in the store (the one you see in edit mode) for you to purchase, like the pool cleaner

    Check the sections for Outdoors- pool items and I think lights and decorations for the Art deco pack (if it's the current one)
