Tips for dealing with tech support
Hey folks, just thought I'd share this based on recent experiences I've had with reporting issues to Tech Support.
My first tip is to take regular screenshots of your game. Especially if you're about to make a big leap, such as levelling up, purchases, etc.
Second tip is be persistent! If they keep giving you an answer that you know is wrong, even try to close your case, keep fighting your corner.
I've just spent nearly 2 weeks arguing about an expected sim cap increase that didn't happen when I reached level 68. If I'd had a screenshot showing my sim cap at level 67 then this probably would have been resolved quicker. As I didn't have a screenshot they kept trying to fob me off with the same copy and paste response.
Anyway, yesterday they gave in and finally upped my sim cap. Meet Victor:
