Missing neighbours
Yesterday, all my Facebook neighbours simply disappeared. The only neighbour left is Another Sims Town. However, My town does show up in my friends' lists and they have no problems visiting my town.

Try the steps explained in this article: Facebook & Game Center Login Issues. Reauthorizing the game usually works with that kind of issue.
