My ENTIRE PROGRESS OVER A WEEK IS GONE!!!!!

I was playing Sims free play when all of a sudden my phone shut down. When it came to, I went back to the app and the game logged me out. It has never done that before, the I logged back in and ALL MY PROGRESS THAT I DID OVER ONE WEEK IS GONE. This was not too long after the new upload was downloaded. This includes a rewards from the recent Influencer Island and other quests, two buildings, a sim I just added was taken away, and upgrades that I PAID FOR WITH MY OWN MONEY! I'm pissed off need to say th least and I want my progress back. At least give me the stuff that I paid for back!
