I need help. I have earned Sims that are missing and I need this issue fixed. They’re missing from VIP 7 to 14, the new tumbleweed town, and the progress meter. PLEASE FIX! I should have at least 55 new Sims. I also have earned buildings in the new tumbleweed town that are missing, again PLEASE FIX!

meaning you can have a family of 5 living in the same house
At this level you have a total of +2 sims per household
the other screens dose not show new additions, just what you have earned before
if there is no white box, it is not new for the level, only what you have unlocked before
For the Sims Springs issue, Firemonkes are aware, but you can add to this thread

I would also like to add that (as far as I know), the current maximum number of Sims is 44 - That would be at Level 60, VIP 15, and Sim Springs Happiness Level at Sim-sational.
You have been able to purchase extra sims from the store
Not sure if there is/was a limit on how many you could purchase, never did it myself
This pic shows the price was lowered from about 42USD to about 35USD (at current exchange rate), still pricey

Actually, now I'm slightly curious as to how many additional Sims could be purchased 🤔
