No 'begin quest' option
Hello can someone help me with this quest. I'm having a trouble begin this quest coz there's no 'begin quest' option. Hope y'all can help me with this.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I can start a balcony quest in Sims FreePlay , i dont have a button tu start it

Your screen captures does not actually show the missing/greyed out "Begin Quest" button
The product is The Sims FreePlay, The Sims Mobile is a totally different game
There should be an update in the App store that will fix this issue

it should be 5.73.0
