No replies to get help in freeplay

I would love the game but my daughter who got me started lost almost all her progress etc. despite many attempts to get help and at least answers from the fire help, she has received nothing. She has been a loyal player since the beginning and I wish she could get all her hard work returned. My small requests always answered promptly...hers hasn’t even been attempted to be resolved. Any suggestions from EA or other players?
