No rewards from The Spell book quest

Hi guys, i make quest The Spell Book on time (that was not easy and i spend some values). And after quest i don't get any rewards. I make ticket on https://help.firemonkeys.com.au, but i don't have any answer like more 2 days. Can any one help me with that problem? Really wonna that rewards.

You will need to log into the Firemonkey site to make sure your ticket went through. If it didn't then you may want to resubmit on a computer instead of a mobile device or tablet. If it did go through you can request a status of your ticket. Keep in mind that it may take up to a week for them to respond.
