No way a magician. I can't do 'The Wizard and to do high five' mission.

If I understand your question you cannot find the wizard to high five home. Here are a couple of things to try.
Reboot and/or close and restart your game app. Look at each and every house and venue for him.
I tried every way but can not be found.
