Ho to fix this error. I don't have any building in progress. Help!

This forum is provided by EA but is designed as Player helping Player, in this case we can not do much for you
Make sure you do not have a house/buisness building somewhere eles INCL Sim Springs, Rusty Acars, Mysterious Isand, Downtown or anywhere else
Contact support: Get there in game: green ... button at the bottom of the screen; info > online support
