Please Help Me to Add Neighbors For Sims Freeplay

Hi please add me... My ID is MadmBijoux69, I really need neighbors.
I am new to the game. I can't seem to add people.

Hi, I have been playing Freeplay for a while and I also need neighbors. Im on level 48 and play everyday. I only know how to add neighbors via Facebook
