Practicing guitar in a neighbors town??

I have been stuck on this social task for ages. I can't figure out how to have my sim practice guitar in a neighbors town?? How do you do it?? Heelllpp PLEASE??

You can bake something too and when u done it Would role and u can star a Fire and it World give u d option
