Premium Perks Event - prizes won, but not unlocked

Update: after the fourth round with in-game support I indeed got 100 SP "out of goodwill". In the fifth round they just told me "the missing content cannot be validated" and that I already got some goodwill currency and there is nothing else they can do for me. Case closed. Again. They refuse to fix this bug.
