I’m having issues with the premium perks event where you spend lifestyle points to receive prizes. I’ve spent lifestyle points and they were adding up and then stopped. I had an update in the App Store today so I updated my game. It was only 1mb so I’m not sure what this update was for but it was the second one since the big update a week or so ago. Anyway since I updated today it stopped working. Anyone else having issues?
Is that the prizes we get for opening the Mystery boxes with our keys? If it is then I’m having problems too. It just started happening for me about an hour ago (1:30 am EDT). I was going along and received prizes from all the different boxes but when I tried to open the “Pram Premium Box” it kept crashing my system. I came here to see if there’s a workaround for it. My game is on my IPad 8. IOS 26.4.2. It isn’t happening on my IPad A16.
Sometimes it helps to force close the game and other open apps (whipe them up at the app switcher) and open it again. If this didn’t work, I’d contact the Online Support for help.
The premium perks issue is different to the crashing after using keys. But in the meantime there are several topics on here regarding keys.

Having same issue with the mystery boxes. Each time I try to get a box with key, any box the game crashes.
Game also crashes when I choose the purple shopping cart. I do a force close and the game opens and works, but then next time it doesn’t. A bit frustrating.
I’ve spent LP’s and none are showing up on the premium perks event.
Playing on iPad 9th generation running iOS 26.4.2.
Help!
Update- it worked fine today. Must have just been a glitch.
