Sorry to hear that there's been difficulty downloading that recent update.

Just to confirm, do you have enough storage on your devices? Can you try offloading the app instead of uninstalling it altogether to see if that helps? If you have access to a mobile hotspot, it'd be best to give that a try along with our connection troubleshooting steps to see if there's any improvement there.

Having the same issue. Been like this since the last update. Haven't been able to play in a couple months. Tried using cellular network. Restarting phone, app. Have 20 GB in free space. I'm on android

None of that works

Im having the same issue, cant download additional content. I have 52 GB of space on my iPhone. I’ve tried offloading the app, deleting it, reinstalling it and nothing is working. I can’t get pass this level without downloading additional content but keep getting the same error every time. Like how can I fix this?
