Quest progression bug

Hello everyone!

I hope i write in to the right place. Yesterday i did the two and a half sims progression quest, i have a baby girl. She become best friends with her mum, and friends with her dad. I reached level 9 and i start the new progression quest, the Ocean View Estate. But today when i logged in to the game i get a notification that i did not do my quest in time so i failed the rewards. It was the two and a half sims challenge, which i did the day before. I also noticed, that my weekly quest has a bug, because it gave me a task when i also completed the weekly quest the day before, and my key were gone (i do not open any mystery box). And the other thing was that i was "demoted" to level 8. I already contacted the support and they try the fix the issue. They advised me to write a post here to see if anyone has the same issue.
