Just post a request there asking for Facebook neighbor's who have a podium. Please do not list your email address.
You can also ask one of your Facebook friends to buy and place a podium in their neighborhood.
None of my neighbor have podium and I have a Android phone what do I do.
Since 2016 a lot of things have happened, Game Center is no longer an option for most iOS players, since it requires players to be side by side IRL to connect
Most players use FaceBook, both Android and Apple players
In the reply Martha gave, directly above yours, she gave you a link to find nighbours.
You could also search FB for the Sims FreePlay groups and find neighbours that way
There you can also ask if a neighbour have a SP house and where it is located so you do not have to look all over town
A SP house is a house that contains everything a visitor needs to complete Social tasks.
