Have you cleaned the area so you can build the stores?
Do you have enough simoleons?
Are you building something else in the town?
Have you tried contacting Firemonkeys through a different browser?
I, personally, have issues with chrome and Safari and have to switch to Edge or Explorer, if I want it to work
It seems like the missing clause quest weather bug is causing the icons to disappear. I see the icon when I first go to the mall but then it disappears after the weather bug occurs
Then when I get to the game, I don't have any code of error. Bensì seems to me an off-white flash like in photos and then disappears, but every time I go home with another sym, the same situation occurs. Then you don't show me a store in the mall that I unlocked, the rest to be unlocked. This happened after we started the second part of a Christmas mission. I hope I have made myself clear! Thank you for your help me please!

- @neauxsim I think you're right that it has something to do with the claus quest. I'm also doing the teenager quest. But I've read something about the weather machine causing a white flash...I don't know.
I've seen this thread grow during the day
I 've asked the CMs to follow this and to contact the studio
From what I understand this arose when the patch for the Missing Claus quest came
You can, maybe, fix it by doing the patched quest - you shouldn't have to but that is one rumored workaround
Contact Firemonkeys, the least they can do is to give you time extension tokens to make up for lost time
This forum is provided by EA but is designed as Player helping Player, in this case we can not do much for you

I personally can not sign in with chrome, so you might need to try different browsers
Or contact support via FB or Twitter, links are at the bottom of the pageI’m using the app on my iPad and Android phone, so unfortunately it’s not just a glitch in browsers.

- @footlooseddream I’m on the claus quest as well. Hopefully it goes away once I finish it. Really annoying
