Re: Finished quest – – but no clubhouse ☹️

I got an answeri from Firemonkey!   It seems that you must first complete the quest (I completed it although late).   In order to purchase the clubhouse you must then use the clubhouse in the  swim center and complete a set of rewards.   At that point the clubhouse becomes available for purchase.  Thanks for the assistance everyone.
