Lost game progress in cloud save

I went to log in to play Sims Freeplay the other day and I noticed that game progress went backwards and I even lost game progress from my pregnancy event. Also a new feature in the community garden it doesn’t have the part that lets you get rewarded for every time you fill 4 orders.

any advice????….
