Double check that all sims have left

Hardclose and restart game

If that do not work, contact support

This forum is provided by EA but is designed as Player helping Player, in this case we can not do much more for you

I personally can not sign in with chrome, so you might need to try different browsers

    Thanks so much for help . I contacted support already. As I have tried every method, I think it is a bug. :-)
