Have as many sims as you can do the cooking hobby. I usually have between 10 and 20 doing the hobby at two different houses I'v set up just for that. I have then do the 20 min cook and will get 5 to 10 LPs a day depending on how much time I spend on the game. If you have them do the one min cook you could probably get more.
