Re: in China time which is 2.30-5.30 AM here?

@Banquebop I could be wrong here but I think it's measured by the time on your device itself, so you'll have a 3 hour window from whenever your phone/tablet thinks it's 9am. 

I'll try to find a confirmation on this though.
