Re: No rewards from The Spell book quest
You will need to log into the Firemonkey site to make sure your ticket went through. If it didn't then you may want to resubmit on a computer instead of a mobile device or tablet. If it did go through you can request a status of your ticket. Keep in mind that it may take up to a week for them to respond.
