You need at least one neighbor who owns a guitar. If they have a guitar your Sim can visit the house where the guitar is and play there. Do you have any IRL friends you can ask directly if they have a guitar in their town? They can purchase it from the Hobby store.

Ok I need a freind. The people in my other sim town have no goitar
So I’m in a neighbors house who has a guitar but everytime i press on it, the general prohibition sign pops on my sim’s bubble. It also only happens when i press the guitar and not other things. Why does this happen?
