If your request went in then you should have received an email with a link that you can check for updates and to send in any more information. If you did not receive this email then you do need to resubmit your request. This email also gives you your ticket number that you can reference, so there is no need to resubmit a ticket. You need to fill out each block on the form. If you do not have Facebook or google accounts then just use the URL for the login pages. You probably should give them more than 24 hours to fix your purchase, since they are busy with other players who have had problems with the current event.
It did try doing a request form but do not think it went anywhere as I did not receive an email with ticket number. Will try submitting request after 24 hrs have
passed and hopefully it processes correctly and I receive an email with ticket number so this issue can be taken care of. Thanks.
