Re: Sims FreePlay - basement quest error

I think you are a bit confused on the mission ( DIY HOMES: LOVEY-DOVEY Balcony Make Out On A Couch ) Quest it says that you need to have 2 sims and to use the Make out couch in the bacement of the diy home. The DIY home is a house made and only edit by ea and only accessible to us though sertin quests and you can only get there by using a phone and pressing take a cab. Nobody Can Complete this mission at all because you can’t get to the basement which is down stairs. Any time you press to go down stairs in the diy home it says it is not accessible.

I don’t mind by email address being out there and ea do look at these forms and sometimes reply to them.

I do know you're on the Balcony quest

For you to be able to do the Balcony quest, you are required to have completed the Patio quest

The timed prize for the Patio quest was a make-out couch

I was just wondering how rigid the game is, if you have to use the make-out couch in the DIY house or if any make-out couch will do

If you Do have the make-out couch somewhere else, it is worth a try, is it not?

This forum is provided by EA but works as player to player

Any EA personnel that is here are not from support or development.

They might relay suggestions/issues in a general way to dev/support but not on an individual level

I never relised there was a make out couch I had to go on YouTube because I thought you was confused but I did do the mission just mustn’t have completed it in the time limit.
I still can’t finish the mission because you have to go to the DIY House by pressing on a phone take cab to diy house, and going downstairs to the basement and press make out on the couch.
My sims refuse to go downstairs just in the diy house which is a house only ea can edit
