Thank you all for letting us know what you have been experiencing. The team is continuing to investigate this issue. This problem appears to be affecting Android and Amazon devices only, when using the new social features. For now, if you wish to use these new features on an Android/Amazon device, we would recommend only visiting players whom you know are currently active in the game and advise your friends and neighbors to ensure that their game is up to date and that they keep their save data up to date on the Cloud as well (keep in mind that save data will be automatically uploaded to the Cloud when loading the party boat, even without visiting another player, with the Neighbors update). Thank you all again for your patience. If you notice any new symptoms of this problem in your game, please let us know about this in as much detail as possible. We will keep this topic updated as we have new information for you.
