Lost data

I am playing on iOS.

Yesterday I received a couple error messages about cloud saves, but they cleared themselves up. 

I finished the Goth House craft mission and used SP to purchase remaining resources and I RECEIVED THE HOUSE.

Late last night I received a message instructing me to choose a save file:

cloud file from 19 hours previous

or

local (device) file with no time stamp

I chose the cloud file and now I DO NOT HAVE THE GOTH HOUSE or the other items from the final prize pack. 
PLEASE FIX THIS, I spent so much time working right up to the minute!!
