I'm completing the exploration mission of the Sunset Mall. The current task is to clear the box.But I have no way to click the box to clear them, whether it is to reopen the game or restart my iPad device.

And Sims has become very stuck in the sunset mall. The range of walking can be narrowed, and it can't operate other actions or use objects.
