trapped at snow park,no home button

My sim is trapped at the snow  park.There's no home button, and she cannot go anywhere and work.I have already reinstalled the game, but it does not work.

btw,the bug of sunset mall is still not fixed .I cannot build anything.

This is my worst gaming experience ever.😤😤😤😤
