Sorry for the waiting, and welcome to Answers HQ!

Unfortunately, as you have already discovered, it is not possible to transfer the game progress between platforms with Windows Phone. I will make sure to forward your feedback about this, but right now if you want to change platforms you would need to start over ☹️

    please please please do some work on it. i had gone so far in this game and now to start a new game is so irritating. so as you enable to transfre progress from iphone to android or vise versa please also enable new android users from windows phone to transfer their progress. or add an option to connect to fb on wp or something like that .... .
