Sim got stuck heading to work and can't leave home

Tried to send off my SIM to the hospital for the daily activity, now she's just stuck at home without a  got to work or call to a place option. She can do stuff around the house, but not the stables or market or work. Nothing just there. Haley sellars is stuck.
