Hopefully this will be fixed fast as we need to be able to exchange resources to get the big Simtownmarket prize, the one that requires +150,000 points and lasts for 12 days

My workplace tab will not open to allow me to manage my workplace space anymore it just stop opening after the lake house update

None of my careers allows me to access the storage and item section. In the upper left corner, I have a blue icon that is round and has a calendar; nothing happens when I click it. This has been going on for at least two weeks. Before, when I clicked it, I could access my storage, see the items I have collected to upgrade professions, and most importantly pay to spin the wheel. For over two weeks this area has been off access to me. Please help.

I started playing a month ago and have experienced a problem that I can not solve. The tab to open the police station options, in the top left corner, has stopped working completely. When I tap it, it simply turns grey for a second then does nothing. Sometimes the tab isn’t even there, it’s only a Christmas tab, which is around the same time my problem started, with the introduction of those quests. I thought I could just level everything up without spending coins but now my storage is full and can’t even assist my sims at work because they can’t collect anything. I’ve tried everything I can think of short of deleting the app from my IPad because it says the data will be lost. I could still start the game over but who’s to say it won’t happen again? Hopefully tomorrow, when the Christmas quests end, it will return to normal but I’m not counting on it.
