Sim won’t give birth

In the Sims Freeplay the pink ring around my sim is full and when I click on the green give birth on the crib, nothing happens.

    My sim finished her pregnancy. In the first screenshot below is the message I got when she was ready to have the baby. In the second screenshot the green circle over the crib should be flashing and the red outer circle around the Mom’s picture should be closed. Then all you need to do is tap on the flashing green circle. If this doesn’t work then I would suggest doing some troubleshooting such as closing the game app and restarting your device. Maybe @minicha-em  can suggest more thing you can try. Can you help? I haven't done the Life Dreams an Legacy quest, so I know about the different coloured circles but not sure what they do and how they should work

    @ChrisChris414

    I assume your house (where the crib is) isn't full (4 or 6 depending on your VIP status), so the family can add one more

    I also assume you're not at the limit of what your town can hold (34/42 or more depending on your level, VIP and how many extra sims you have bought)

    I've only had one pregnant sim and can't remember how it was done, I always just add a baby to the crib - no pregnancy

    Hopefully martha can help, I'll link to support anyway if you'd like to try that

    Contact Firemonkeys support: https://help.firemonkeys.com.au/hc/en-us/requests/new or get there in game: green ... button at the bottom of the screen; Talkbubble with ?
    I personally can not sign in with chrome, so you might need to try different browsers
    Or contact support via FB or Twitter, links are at the bottom of the page

  • @ChrisChris414 ,

    There should have been three options on the crib, the pregnancy event, pregnancy, and have a baby. Are you doing a regular pregnancy or a pregnancy event.  I’ve not done a pregnancy since they added it to the game. I’ve done one pregnancy event when it first came out. If you’re doing a pregnancy is the icon over the crib flashing and has your sim been pregnant for 6 days (sim days I think). You could check out the blog “Girl Who Games” https://thegirlwhogames.blog/?s=Pregnancy+

    and ask her. Sorry I’m not much help @minicha-em

    Just for fun I just started a pregnancy on one of my Sims. And It is going to be six regular days for this pregnancy. I see what you mean about the pink circle and I assume the circle changes color as the pregnancy goes along. So I’ll let you know in six days. In the mean time have you tried restarting the game app and/or rebooting your device. Make sure your device is update. I know these are basic things but a lot of times this works to fix game issues.
