Hi, in my Sims FreePlay game on I0S Oct 16th around 4pm MST I had a Senior Sim ready to “move on”, and when I clicked the command to have her go, I get the following pop up message. I thought it was maybe a glitch so just reset her back to the start of her Senior years cycle, and that worked fine. I had a second character around 10pm this evening have the same situation, same pop up message and I can’t get him to move on. Any help would be appreciated!
Hey, im have the same problem. I thought it was connected to influence island, but the event ended and all my elderly sims are stuck, can't pass over 🥲. I hope they find this problem and fix it soon 😅
I’m having the same issues & have several sims that I really need to move on as I can’t add partners or babies to my town till they do, so very annoying when we can only have a certain number in town. Hope they fix it very very soon.
Same issue!! And because of it, I couldn’t have a baby for a quest… then I failed!! How annoying!!
Update 5.96.1 in App store and Google Play out now (Oct 21st, 2025) should fix this issue and the colouring of the Huskies

e77jti911e0o did you get update 5.96.1, available in App Store and Google Play on the 21st of October 2025? update 5.96.1 shouldve fixed it. if the update did not fix the issue, please, contact support
I was able to successfully "Move on" a senior Sim this afternoon 10/25 and was able to add a new "Baby" yay!
