Sims free play : Transfer game data from Android to iOS

My saved data on the sims free play was on an iPad then I got an android phone so I transferred it to the android and the game worked fine but then the phone stop working then I got a new iPad in Dec...

You can only transfer between android and iPad if you saved your cloud data through your Facebook account. You can find more information on the cloud in the FAQ section on this forum. If you've done this and it's still not working you can put in a request with support.
