Sims free play : Transfer game data from Android to iOS

You can only transfer between android and iPad if you saved your cloud data through your Facebook account. You can find more information on the cloud in the FAQ section on this forum. If you've done this and it's still not working you can put in a request with support.

Thank you for the help and I did save it to Facebook but it's sill not working @martha4858
