Hi, i have recently had problems with loading into the game, when it is about to conect to the cloud or says loading the screen bugs out and flickers. i cant get onto the main game. sometimes, the game audio plays and i can hear my sims but the screen just isnt working. please help. thank you :)
also when is the next update?
Chromebook is NOT an authorised platform for this game, only phones and tablets. Support have no ability to troubleshoot on unauthorised platforms but they can try to help you anyway.
