I’m stuck on The Sunset Mall Discovery Quest — the step “Invite a date to the new mall” isn’t working. My Sims are married, and I’ve tried redoing the calming exercise, switching Sims, restarting, and adding a new couch, but the “Invite to Mall” option never appears.
Please help me by advancing or resetting this step.

It’s a bit confusing that some social interactions for quests are shown right away after taping a Sim, and sometimes they are hidden within the options.
The required task is a friendly social interaction.
