I do not recognise the package, must be an individual offer or another game , maybe the Sims Mobile?
As I do not recognise it, I do not know what it should be or how the offer is structured
Perhaps I should have phrased it as a refund reversal or return, not a cancellation
You ask the store (App Store, Google Play or Amazon)you used to reverse the purchase
The digital stores are like any other store, you can normally return an item and get your money back if the item is unused, within a certain time
This forum is provided by EA but is designed as Player helping Player, in this case we can not do much for you
Contact support: Get there in game: green ... button at the bottom of the screen; info > online support

If you didn’t receive a purchase within 24 hours and didn’t get help from Online Support, you can contact your App Store/Google Play Store to get refund.
minicha-em, only newer players get this offer. Not sure, when it started. The screenshot is from a town I started in February/March 2024.
