My sims free play won't load. It was fine until yesterday but since then it gets as far as the sims logo then doesn't go any further

I have been experiencing the same problem for the past week, I use my iPad to play. I'd noticed that something's were a little glitchy after the last update, such as the text was all broken up when displayed on screen - I'm not sure if this could be a related problem?I don't want to delete the app and re-install as a friend of mine tried that when she had problems with the daily mail box cash, and she lost all her progress. I'm level 38, with a town value of 90m so I have no desire to start again! Any help would be much appreciated

power your iphone or ipad down, try to open app.it will not finish loading so you can go to settings switch to airplain mode try to start app again it wont load but it will search for a server.while it is doing this go back to settings and turn off airplane mode, go back to your app.now it works good luck

Ok on my kindle I went into my more settings then applications and then installed apps. Next find sims freeplay click on it. You should see a screen that says force stop and clear data. DON'T TOUCH EITHER ONE! But you can scroll down to clear your cache. I did and I did not lose anything now freeplay opens and plays. THANK GOODNESS. Hope this helps some of you.

I have a IPad and it was doing wonderful this morning. Now it won't go past the Sims sign. Please fix. Also I paid for 2, 2 life points and did NOT get them! [edit: email address removed]

Neither! I visited a neighboring town and since then it only reaches the sims free play load screen and then starts the load screen again with different music!

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3. It was all fine Saturday December 20, 2014 which was a couple of days after the update until it stopped working around 1:00 PM and it said "Unfortunately Freeplay has stopped". Please help me. Th e wrbsite below won't work. The Sims Freeplay has been like this for 6 days.

I had the same problem on the same device. Try going into the app manager, find freeplay and click force stop. Wait a few seconds then reload the app. Fixes it for me every time.

My Sims Freeplay stopped working at all. when i click on it , only EA appears but nothing else...

me too all day today playing on Samsung tablet will not load recycles on the logo page no further I've restarted device stopped all other tasks as well reconnected to Facebook nothing works
