Sims FreePlay account recovery

Hello, i had an account on the sims FreePlay that was very advanced and I had lots of in game purchases, it was around level 32 and linked to my game centre and Apple ID; I re downloaded the game on my phone and it started a new game immediately that linked to my game centre and Apple ID. That new game has now seemed to have overwritten my more advanced one and I cant access it. Could you please help me fix this

    I'm afraid we can't help with account issues from the forums. To get support for this, please reach out to the support team for The Sims FreePlay using the following steps:

    1. Go to https://help.firemonkeys.com.au/hc/en-us/requests/new
    2. Pick Sims FreePlay from the drop down menu
    3. Fill in the requested details, tick the 'I'm not a robot' box and hit submit.
    4. Check the email inbox for the email address you entered in the form to complete the ticket submission

    You can also use the Sims FreePlay in-game buttons to connect directly to support.
